What’s in your fudge?
Kitchen-simple ingredients you recognize: real chocolate, cane sugar, fresh dairy, butter, vanilla, sea salt. It’s unapologetically indulgent, because great fudge should be.
Will it arrive fresh and not melted?
Yes. We ship Monday–Thursday. Warm-weather orders go in insulated packaging with ice packs. If heat wins anyway, reach out to our team and we will help make it right with a free reship or refund. No hoops.
How close is this to “grandma’s recipe”?
Same method (copper kettle + hand beating), same ingredient standards, and the texture you’ve been chasing: smooth, creamy, clean finish. “I’d rather lick a candle” people become believers here.
How should I store and serve it?
Countertop for 2 weeks, fridge for a month, freezer up to 3 months. Slice with a warm knife. Best at room temp so it melts as you bite.
Do you offer gift notes or custom cards?
Not yet, but we're working on offering that soon! We’re focused on getting every brick perfect and delivered fresh. Many customers include their own card at home.
Allergens?
May contain eggs, soy, wheat, dairy, tree nuts, or peanuts depending on fudge bundle selected.
Why is real fudge more expensive?
Because we still do it the right way. Real butter, real chocolate, and hours in a copper kettle instead of a factory line. Each bundle is three full pounds of handmade fudge, poured and cut by people who actually care how it tastes. You’re not just buying candy; you’re buying proof that craftsmanship still matters.
Where is Callie’s Sweets made?
Right here in Minnesota, in a family-run kitchen where we still stir every copper kettle by hand. No factories. No automation. Just people who care about doing things the right way. Slow, steady, and with love. 💖
Is your fudge good for gifting?
Oh, it’s legendary for gifting. Each 3-pound bundle comes beautifully wrapped and ready to impress; no extra frills needed. From Christmas tables to thank-you treats, it’s the one gift people actually hope you’ll bring again next year.
When will my order ship?
We make every batch fresh to order. Most fudge ships within 3–5 business days.
You’ll get a tracking link the moment it leaves our kitchen so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep.
Do you ship year-round?
Yes! Fudge cravings don’t have a season. During warmer months, we ship with insulation and ice packs to make sure it arrives smooth, not sweaty. In colder months, it travels cozy and safe from our door to yours.
Do you offer local pickup?
Online orders ship nationwide, but we don’t offer pickup through the website.
If you’re local or passing through, though, you can visit our retail shop at 320 7th Ave, Two Harbors, MN 55616 and buy fresh fudge right in person. We’re always stocked with fan favorites (and a few small-batch surprises you can only get in-store).
Come say hi. There’s nothing like seeing (and tasting) it fresh from the kettle.
Can I send multiple orders to different addresses?
Absolutely. Just place separate orders for each address so every box gets its own shipping label and tracking info. Each one ships fresh, directly from our kitchen.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Not yet. We’re keeping it domestic to guarantee perfect freshness and quality. But we’re working on expanding soon.
If you’re outside the U.S., join our email list to be the first to know when we do.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We make every batch fresh, not from a warehouse.
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days, and transit usually takes another 2–6 days depending on where you live.
You’ll get tracking as soon as it leaves our kitchen so you can watch your fudge make its way home.
Ingredient Integrity
Everything starts the way it did in Grandma’s kitchen; real butter, fresh cream, pure sugar, and honest flavorings like cocoa, maple, and vanilla. No “premium blends,” no fake gloss, no corporate shortcuts. Just the kind of pantry staples that made everything she cooked taste unforgettable.
Cream-Smooth Texture
Each batch is hand-stirred and beaten to that glossy, satin finish that only true fudge has. Never grainy, just impossibly smooth and melt-in-your-mouth perfect; the kind of texture you can feel before you even taste it.
Balanced Sweetness
Whether it’s chocolate, maple, or peanut butter, the flavor always comes first. Sweetness follows softly, never stealing the spotlight. We don’t make “better-for-you” fudge; we make better fudge. The kind that makes you close your eyes and smile.
Slowly simmered in copper kettles, stirred by hand, and poured in small batches — because machines can’t taste what “done right” feels like.
Every bite brings back a kitchen full of laughter, butter on the stove, and someone who cared enough to make things from scratch.
Three pounds of fudge made to start conversations, spark memories, and satisfy every late-night craving — even if you keep it all to yourself.

"I was previously an Uncle Butches customer. Although it was OK, it was just too creamy. And the tastes were weak. Just not what I desire in a fudge. I decided to try Callie's after seeing ADs on Facebook. Sure glad I did! Callies is a firmer consistency like fudge should be. Also, very flavorful."

The Experience
Feels like coming home to Grandma’s kitchen
Feels like biting into disappointment again
Scaling is easy. Keeping standards is hard. We cap batch sizes so a human (not a timer) decides when the gloss is right. We refuse to trade patience for output or flavor for efficiency. If that means selling out in December, we’re okay with that. Quality is the tradition.
