Refunds: We take pride in delivering quality products with every order and strive to ensure that our customers have a satisfying experience. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to our Customer Support Team within 7 days of receiving your product. We are here to help, and your feedback is important to us.

  • What to Include: Please provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant details that will help us address your concern.
  • Image Request: To better understand the issue, we may ask you to provide images of the product. This will help our Customer Support Team assess the situation and determine the best course of action.
  • Fairness and Integrity: While we are committed to ensuring you have a positive experience with our products, we also ask for your understanding as a small business. We kindly request that refund requests are made in good faith.
  • Limitations: Refunds may not be honored if we detect repeated requests for similar issues or if the dissatisfaction stems from personal taste preferences rather than product quality or errors on our part.

Resolution Options: If your refund request is deemed valid, we will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement: A new item will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
  • Refund: A full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Credit: Credit can be applied to a future purchase.

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email notification when your order has shipped.
  • Summer Processing Time (Seasonal): Orders received by Mondays of each week will ship on Thursdays. Orders received on or after Tuesdays will ship the following Thursday.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping Options and Rates:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days. Cost: $7.95.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days. Cost: $15.95.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Address Validation
To ensure that your order is delivered smoothly, please take a moment to review and confirm your shipping address during checkout.

Correct Information: Please double-check that your address details, including street name, city, state, zip code, and any apartment or suite numbers, are entered correctly. Ensure that your shipping address matches your billing address (if applicable) or provide accurate information for both.


Address Verification: Our system may automatically validate your shipping address to detect any errors or discrepancies. If an issue is found, we may contact you via email or phone to confirm the correct address before processing your order. This may delay the shipping time, so prompt responses are appreciated.

Undeliverable Addresses: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, military APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted locations. If your address falls into one of these categories, please provide an alternative address.

Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be returned to us. In such cases, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.

Delivery Delays: Incorrect addresses may lead to delays in delivery. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Changes After Checkout: Once your order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes to the shipping address. If you need to update your address, please contact our Customer Support Team as soon as possible.


By ensuring that your shipping address is accurate, you help us deliver your order promptly and without issues.

Order Tracking
Tracking Your Order: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can track your order through the carrier's website.

Shipping Protection
We offer an optional shipping protection plan to safeguard your purchase against loss, theft, or damage during transit.

  • Cost: $4.95 per order.
  • Coverage: In the event that your package is lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit, we will either replace the item(s) or issue a full refund.

Delivery Issues
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:
If you purchased our shipping protection plan, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the estimated delivery date to report the issue. We will initiate a claim with the carrier and work towards a resolution.

For orders without shipping protection, we will assist in contacting the carrier to resolve the issue, but we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.

We use USPS Ground Advantage for our shipping method. Even with request, we cannot fulfill your order through other shipping methods at this time.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund orders due solely to shipping delays with our carriers or lost or stolen packages with delivery confirmation from the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact our Candy Team at candy.team@calliessweets.com and we will contact USPS for further information on the package(s).

All orders received on or before Mondays at 11:59 PM CST will ship on Thursday. All orders received after that timeframe will ship the following Thursday.
