Welcome to Callie’s Sweets. By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. General Use
By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or using it under supervision.
2. Products & Orders
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel orders, or discontinue products at any time.
3. Pricing & Payments
Prices are listed in USD and subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed before order processing.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses.
Due to the perishable nature of our products:

5. Refunds & Returns
Due to food safety regulations, returns are not accepted. Refunds or replacements may be issued at our discretion.
6. Subscriptions & Recurring Orders (Appstle-Powered)
Subscriptions are managed through a third-party system powered by Appstle Subscriptions and integrated into our website.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:
6.1 Minimum Commitment Requirement

All subscriptions require a minimum of two (2) completed billing cycles/orders.

Subscriptions cannot be canceled until the second order has been processed and fulfilled.
6.2 Automatic Renewal Authorization

By subscribing, you authorize Callie’s Sweets to automatically charge your payment method on file at the selected delivery interval.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with these Terms.
6.3 Billing Timing (Critical)

Orders are processed and billed in advance of shipment

Once an order is generated (“upcoming order” becomes processed), it is locked and cannot be canceled or refunded.
6.4 Customer Portal Management (Appstle Features)
Customers are responsible for managing their subscription through the Appstle customer portal found on the Callie’s Sweets website, which may allow:

Skipping an upcoming order

Rescheduling or delaying an order
-
Updating shipping address
-
Updating payment method
-
Swapping or modifying products (if enabled)
-
Canceling subscription (after the minimum requirement is met)
All changes must be made before the upcoming order is processed.
6.5 Skips, Delays, & Edits

Skipping or modifying an order must be completed before the system processes the next billing cycle.

Once processed, changes cannot be applied to that order.
6.6 Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions may only be canceled after the minimum two-order commitment is fulfilled.

Cancellation must occur before the next billing date.

Canceling a subscription does not cancel already processed orders.
6.7 Failed Payments & Dunning

If a payment fails, Appstle may automatically retry the charge using its retry schedule.

We reserve the right to:

Pause the subscription
-
Delay shipment
-
Cancel the subscription after repeated failed attempts
6.8 Subscription Changes by Callie’s Sweets
We reserve the right to:

Modify pricing, product selection, or shipment frequency

Substitute items of equal or greater value when necessary

Discontinue subscription offerings at any time
6.9 Subscription Promotions

Discounts may apply to:

The first order only or
-
A limited number of billing cycles

Promotions may not apply to renewals unless explicitly stated.

Discounts cannot be combined unless specified.
6.10 Abuse, Chargebacks, & Fraud
We reserve the right to cancel subscriptions or orders if we detect:

Abuse of promotional offers

Repeated chargebacks

Fraudulent or suspicious activity
7. Promotions & Discounts (General)
Promotions may change or end at any time. They cannot be combined unless stated and may exclude subscription products.
8. Intellectual Property
All content is owned by Callie’s Sweets and may not be used without permission.
9. User Submissions
You grant permission for us to use submitted content for marketing purposes.
10. Privacy
Your use of the website is governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
