Our Affiliate Team strives to respond to inquiries within 1-2 business days but may take up to 5 days with inquiry volume.

You will input your payment information into Shopify Collabs. All orders must include your affiliate link or code to track for commission credit.
All commissions are paid out automatically after a 30-day holding period. If an order is canceled, refunded, or fraudulent, the commission will not be enacted.
We do not have any online groups for Callie's Sweets Affiliates at this time. Any active groups are not monitored or endorsed by Callie's Sweets.
Depending on performance, Affiliates may receive certain discounts or increased commissions. You can review any active discounts in Collabs.
The link to the Google Drive folder with the Marketing Assets will be emailed to all affiliates in our welcome emails the first week of approval.
If you cannot access or lost access to the Google Drive, please email our affiliate support team and be sure to include your affiliate code and email address associated with your Collabs account.

All orders must be placed under your affiliate code or affiliate link in order for your account to be credited the commission.
